Baby Meditation

Small meditation exercise.

Someone has called me. I walk over to him and seem to be a kind of big child. My body is out of shape and 'bloated'. I am a baby. I walk slowly to the calling Peron.

When I imagine to be a baby, perhaps at the stage where I am able to walk a little, then I try the following scenes:

As baby walk around in the room.
As a baby, I roll on the ground.
As a baby I leave the baby's body.

And what do I get from this exercise?

When people are young and explore their bodies some of them leave their body, almost as an exploration accident of the new body. If that happens the baby won't forget it unless advancing age makes it increasingly impossible to leave the body. People who left as a baby their body have an mystic inclination. When I imagine the leaving of the body as a baby, then the memories return of this experience. The exerciser's goal is to feel the connection between body and the wanderer. I am concentrating on the feeling of the connection.

I am finishing the exercise after I felt the connection clearly.

Out-of-body (OBEs) experiences can be unexpected. They also teach us we have many new things to discover about ourselves.

Dear Liara, happy easter. Unexpected OBEs, that sounds thrilling, but I guess that is how it happens for the first time.
