Positive attracts positive?

Picture: In nature, the negative charge flows in the direction of positive charge.

Many people believe that if they think positive about the world, then something positive from the world will return to them. This idea is nice for me because it makes me feel to be in command of my life. And yet there are people in the world, no matter where I am, who won't care for me, who wouldn't listen to me. Regarding these fellows my positive thinking will not work, because they are not open to me. I do not broadcast on their wavelength.

Positive attracts positive. That is certainly true. Cross my heart! Who actually believes that people with negative energy are not attracted by positive energy? Not me. The trick of successful positive thinking is in my opinion to protect a picture of yourself against others. Each individual person, is a microcosm of energy and what each of us dismisses in the world daily, is only a fraction of our life energy.

There is always a little energy from other human beings competing against much energy of us in our inner world. That is why I am in my inner world invincible and succeed in protecting my inner pictures of me. Protect it against access of negative people.

But I have not changed world, I steer the course only of my personal life, instead of enqeueing a group who follows the meaning of life out of the box, for which I have to pay, even if there is a promise of feeling secure.

When I think positive, then I think positively about me, then I feel my positivity, then I have positive intentions with me, and let not harm me from negative energies, because I have in me an energetic home advantage that we all should use. Simply by cultivating positive ideas about me.

Just posted my comment in your earlier post.

In science, it is a fact that opposite poles attract each other.

But regarding concepts in life, I believe that a person who is an optimist has more chances of succeeding than a person who is a pessimist. This is because positive people are not discouraged easily and look at problems as challenges to advance their goals.

I always look for the positive in things.

And I do agree that positive attracts positive.

Thanks for sharing.

There is no contradiction between the laws of nature and Life. Life is nature.

Opposites will always attract, otherwise the world would already be static and dead. But I think that maybe we (or I) risk confusing the meaning of the words "positive" and "negative" here.

I interpret the meaning of "positive" in your post as the drive of seeking the individual expression, right?

Consequently we would want to stay clear of ("negative") people and things trying to stop us from developing that individuality.

In that sense, I agree that positive attracts positive with no opposition to the laws of nature.
