I find it quite well that all the people I know get more beautiful / handsome the more I love them. I feel that love has no sense of beauty.
I wonder whether beautiful people would assume that they would be loved, because they are beautiful? It is true that all people are entitled to be loved, but just to be good looking, even if it is the result of much work and skill, it is not a foundation for lasting love ...

Love is always the answer

Is the love which we give to children, not the same love which we give to ourselves if we feel small and helpless?
Only if I accept my internal child without wanting to form it, I have the strength to love a child. We should allow every person to behave childishly childlike independent of his / her age. This tolerance is a signpost in a more affectionate world.
Now I am away, playing ......

Transformation

Tonight I saw your beautiful naked body
And recipes lept into my mind
And a long list of errands too
This morning I felt desire
I took the broom
And swept the yard and the street
In joyful anticipation of the tidyness
When I tasted the vanilla on your lips
I baked a cake with almonds in it
Because dainty almonds crossed my mind
How close was I to you when we ate the cake
The love comes from that country
Wherein today stay other guests
And would I love you thousandfold
You get the guest room as I told
Changed your love will be enthroned

The only advice

The only advice I could give another man would be to go a way of the heart. Everything else is unimportant. If my heart is committed, the path will not be wrong.
When the heart of a loved one lead this precious person on a path of separation, and there is a farewell, then the path may not be wrong even if I felt sorrow.
Love donates life and life moves from place to place. In a prison love will not live, love will live under the open sky ....

Shrinking Heart
The man may do and suffer whatever may come, he always possesses the divine and inalienable dignity. Christian Morgenstern
There is a hobo by the wayside. He asks for money. Some people forgo him.
Is his life less worth than that of people who earn money?
Are his dreams for mankind less important?
Is there life that is more worth than others?
Weren't our ancestors several thousand years ago without work and permanent residency? Were they less valuable than those of us who live in a house today?
Is it perhaps fear? Fear, poverty could skip on us like a virus? Fear that the few cents that we give, would compel us ot restrict ourselves? Hardly.
The heart is to small, the heart has shrunk.
But thank God there is a heart training. What exercises do you know?

Blessing

"To love is a blessing, to be loved is a luck." -- Leo Tolstoy,
This quote is the reason why I think that the good old Leo is very likeable. If I I do things with love, the work is easier, contact with people is easier, creating lasting fruits - a blessing. But love cannot be gained by force or deception . It is a gift and to get it means to be lucky.

Men learning love: Angel
"On the fifth day, your love has led you to your inner world. Like your inner angel is an revelation for you, you are the prisoners inside revelation. Your connection is growing from day to day and that means in your everyday life your 'angel' will materialize."
"He is not visible, as you can see you, but he moves things around you. Since he is pure love, you notice him only if you have your life aligned in the direction of love. A man, who has found the materialization of the inner angel has become a man of love. Nothing can get in the way of this love, for which the angel wouldn't know a solution. The man has found the people of love who will admit him to their community"
"This materialization I do not understand completely. Is there energy that becomes material?"
"No. More and more the relations to other people will be like intertwining wheels. What you are looking for will cross your way. A river of love, that you will see only if you learn to see with your heart. Do you want to see with your heart? "
"Yes, because now who would say no?"
"Well, then pay attention, because it is not difficult."

Men learning love: The secret of Love
"The secret of love is simple. Fulfilment."
She closes her eyes.
My fire drove me through this world
Where nothing belonged to me
And I enjoyed the miracle
I met my soul at the Lake of Love
We drank the same water
"But 99% are below the surface. This part consist of 99% pure love and it is our other self, a knowing, a fallen angel in pain suffering meat. But this angel immediately unfolds its wings, setting his sail of attention, if our with love imbued souls have a look from the 1% part at the inside. "
"Love your fallen angel. Like a moth, which is trapped in the house, like a fish on the land, like a man in space, he doesn't understands his prison, he searches the exit. And you carry the key to the lock by directing your attention on your inner world and love everything that respond to you from inside . We humans, and especially the men find it so difficult to love their inner world, because our inner worlds are usually demonized. For small children, we still have the presumption of innocence, but not of adults. "
"From all sides we hear 'mistrust our inner worlds'. On this fourth day you learn to overcome all these barriers through loving your inner worlds unconditionally. Meet your fallen angel and connect with him. He will carry you to the coronation of love."
"The coronation of love?"

Men learning love: Turning point
Abba, Knowing me, knowing you
"The third day is the hardest day for men, the turning point. Here almost all men leave the path of love."
"But what exactly might the reason be?"
"The curse of money. On the third day, the man learns to let go whatever he owns. No matter what he looks at, and if it belonged to him a thousand times, he has to release it. This thing belongs to me. I can use it, I have access, I can never own things in this world, because there is no way to keep hold of them, except that I refuse other people access. But what is one man against the world? "
"Does this mean we should give up possessions?"
"No, only to give up consciously all feelings of possessing. A person, only having access to the world, will careful touch things. Every thing, every living being is part of a wonderful experience. On the contrary, an estate is stored, may be possibly destroyed because it pleases the owner . Men become only real human beings if they leave the feeling of being an owner behind them. They think they own the creation. They are far from it. The Creation has iron laws, which are not owned by men. "
"What do the powerful of this world when they face death? Take their possessions along? No man can do that. Only if I do not perceive things as a possession, I can see their meanings, as love point it out to me. To own nothing liberates me from a perceptual filter and the less a man owns, the more opportunities he has to go a way with love,to be a man of the heart, to carry the flame of love without conditions wherever he wants to. "
"If a man managed that, then he finds the secret of love on the fourth day."
"The secret of love?"

Men learning love: The fire of Love
Gabriela Anders: The fire of Love
"The second day is the fire of love. Feel your heart." She takes her hands up to the chest and closes her eyes.
Your beat is a declaration of love
To my existence.
You love me
And I love you
I love you unconditionally
And I will bear your fire
I will love your fire.
I feel inside. I'm looking for the pounding of my heart and at first I see a kind of silent glow of a fire which flares up when I start deliberately to love the fire. A heat seizes me, my hands and legs are moving. I jump up.
"Sit down Ray, it is normal. We all feel our bodies in that way when we discover the fire of the heart. This fire you will have to endure on the second day and learn to love. It is pure energy, ever present. And the more the fire burns, the less energy you waste in everyday life. The fire successfully fight each depression and it is nourished by unconditional love. The fire of love will change your life. The fire of love enters your soul, your spirit and your body and makes every day the very miracle of miracles, the very adventure of adventures, because the fire of the heart lets you play in a lovely world, as a loving teammate. "
"The whole emotional debris like restlessness, oppression, immobility, injustice - all that overcomes the fire of the heart and one day of studying its effects in everyday life will convince you of the irresistibility of this flame, which no creatures of the world can escape just like we could not evade falling down if we jump. "
I nod, "and then what will happen on the third day?"

Men learning love: Unconditional Love
Unconditional Love: Tarralyn Ramsey
She looks at me thoughtfully:
"Yes, you can. Moreover, it is a question of survival, success alone will not let the heartbeat, success alone heals not a disease of the soul, success alone will not provide true friends, success alone is a poison that destroys everything what gets in touch with it in your soul. The success is a fibre devouring flame in the wonderful energy body, fiber after fiber withers and burns until the outer shell consist of ashes. The fire consumes the men and then kills them. They are already over the precipice, meanwhile we women grasp their hands and we ask us from day to day whether our hands will be today still strong enough, or will they surrender to the gravity of money and are forever lost, having sold their life force to the devil."
"And how would I start as a man?"
"Learn unconditional love. I have learned as a woman that men need a plan, an imaginary chief, who promise them a solution for success. That is okay, I'm going to give you the 5-day plan for learning love. You're free for yourself to accept the proposal or not. But these 5 days would mean a change from man to a loving man. And would you not like to be a loving man? "
"Without question. So within one day I learn the unconditional love?"
"Yes. Unconditional love means to love the world around you without making demands, without conditions."
"But how should that work, there are people who are evil, whom you can not love?"
"Certainly there are people who are evil. But these people have a soul that is born out of love and consists of love. They have become blind to their nature, they have become blind to others. You need not love the evil in these people, you should love these people as part of creation, love them as part of the world around and then you gather the strength to defend yourself. Unconditional love is the foundation for battlesomeness. A battelsomeness which is all-encompassing, because there is a foundation that can not be questioned. An unconditional love is in line with what surrounds us and this brings us to the second day. "
"Stop, stop, I am not as quick as you might think. The first day consists exclusively in practicing unconditional love?"
"Yes, without the unconditional love we women wouldn't have survived as a people. Trust my experience."
.... to be continued. Which second step follows the unconditional love?

Men learning love, What is Love?
Celine Dion: Power of love
"What is love?"
She looks at me and her gray hair is falling over her face.
"Love, a man is not worth it. That is what many women in my generation thought and lived. We women were alone, when we were with our men, because they lived in their world and we women in ours and as far as I look ahead this will not change so quickly."
"Why?"
"Why you ask? I will tell you like Ray, why:"
"Because men follow the God of money. All their actions are related to business and for their religious service - service of the money - they want an unconditional love from us women, an unconditional surrender by us women, which we can not give, because men denied us what we women need to be strong. Strong enough to look for an emotional adult child, who will at the ago of 80 not yet be in a position to reflect his own feelings. And why? Because they think feelings are the domain of Women."
"Men are weak if the do not know their feelings, but do know the status of their bank account."
"We women, the memory of the strength of the human society, we women learn to know our feelings and if we love our men, with heart and dedication, then we discover in our feelings at some point, this erosion and congestion, the feeling of emptiness and the depletion. We are struggling with these feelings and are looking for the cause in ourselves until we realize - after many hard and emotional hungry years, that all the heat we saw in them, that all the love that we felt for them, that all the enchantment we felt for them, were nothing more than our wishes. "
"After all, how should a man educate and mature his heart, approaching the strength, if he follows the money. While he spend his life with other men following the money, follow them to war to better the conditions of money. Oh, no, the love of our men doesn't warm us, the love of our men doesn't nourish us. They throw their money at us and exchange the cold against warmth of our body and soul. During the day, they walk through cold deserts and return from the cold back to the women to warm up. "
"Many women break or decide to live in solitude. With the glimmer of hope in the chest that he will one day learn to love or they will run into a man who has learned love."
"That means we men can learn to love?"
....... to be continued. Can men love to learn? "

One reason for being honest - Love
Why at some point the drama or the lie came to the people? Perhaps dozens of responses come to my mind. All answers have in common that there would be a motif of a subjective advantage now, lying in the deception of others. This would advantage would turn into a disadvantage later, because sooner or later every lie will be exposed and the trust in the relationship with the deceived will be massively disrupted.
In love to be sincere, is a matter of everyday actions. If I want my love to be intense, fresh and natural, then I let my feelings flow without disguising me and without the feeling of lying. And more importantly, the body speaks constantly and shows true feelings because he is unable to lie.
Those who do other people a favour, while bearing in the heart anger, sadness, or refusal to give, are doing other people no real favours. He dilutes and mixes his feelings, he irritates his subconscious, he disappoints the feelings and expectations of his friends. Between the language of his body and his speech there is a gap.
For me it's no problem if someone doesn't like me or do not want to be nice. I rest in myself. There are this feelings to which the other one has the right. These feelings may help in his World to show his limits when the other one sees a reason to do so.
Love finds love, love sees love, love generates love.
Who can love will not be permanently alone or remain alone. Who deceives others about his true feelings will in the end be left alone.

Human Rights
Human rights are not self-evident and we should from time to time remind ourselves that there are people who do not have as many rights in daily life, as we in the so-called West.
But even if we are still better off than people under dictatorships, even our rights are threatened by restrictions, which are allegedly needed in the fight against terrorism. We take from women with babies milk bottles in the aircraft's away, and how many aircraft were actually blown up with baby milk? None.
We all need to be vigilant every day that the human rights remain unrestricted and request from our leaders to demand human rights of other countries.
Human rights are an achievement of the bourgeois revolution which brought us the principle of the equality of all citizens with voting rights and today we have arrived at the equality of all people, regardless of skin color, religion, and culture.
That people are the same, we experience in meditation when we learn that each of us carry a divine spark in itself. The equality of people can also be found in many esoteric system and religions. For us the violation of human rights is like a dark cloud over a shining country which sets sadness in the hearts of people. If we all do a little to demand human rights, we will help to change the world - in the right direction.

Freedom

"To desire to get one's own feet bound
Nobody is one other property.
Even the love
gives you no rights
on the beloved people.
If you love him like yourself,
you would wish that he
unfolds and be happy
as you expect for yourself.
the most beautiful task is to
to let love
in freedom
grow. "
Source: Chen Chao-Hsiu Lotus heart. For a happy life in love.
A continuing challenge in life is love. If we are not lucky enough to grow up as the beloved child, surrounded by people, who love us and to have chosen someone as a partner, who was always loved, then the feeling of love may be a scarce resource that every day anew must be learned and lived.

Love & Hunger

At the beginning is the word, love. It falls in the stomach and then it is called hunger. Of course, the feeling could change again into love and all hunger would be forgotten.
We sometimes feel love as being hungry and there is a saying. The way to some one's heart is through the stomach. Why is this so, that hunger and love might be similar to each other? When we are full, we are satisfied and if we are loved, we are satisfied.
The parallel is obvious. The soul needs love to live, the body requires food to live.
Love is the food of the soul, and often we look for love when we encounter other people, like our parents, our life partners or the people we meet.
If others love us, then we will be likeable, if other stroke us, then we have will be likeable, if other say nice things to us, then we have to be likeable and our nourished soul rises and flies.
But if we could only fly if other loved us, we would perhaps become like chickens, which live mostly on the ground. Only the ability to self-love gives us the power to own still a strong soul, even if the last loving human should have left us alone.
In contrast to the hunger we do not eat up our soul, if we love ourselves. Indeed we are at the optimal operating point of the soul. The love looks, searches and finds strength everywhere, only the unloved perceives locked doors and hunger everywhere.
Small meditation. Full soul. I imagine my soul is full like a body feels full. What feeling is fullfilling me?

Love V

Today, we make our first short journey with the power of love. We return to our idea of the lake of love, which we found in the exercise yesterday. Now we chose a target, where we want to stay. Depending on the experience and practice, I recommend to the beginner, to travel to himself.
I imagine my goal in the reflecting surface of the lake and dive into the picture. I see myself, my image and dive. As I do it, I see myself as a weeping child. I am in a pushchair. I am alone. My mother took me in the small bower. Then she went outside to work in the garden. I feel abandoned. I have pity on the crying Ray, I allow him to go outside. Happy he walks to his mother. He can feel her. He feels that she brought him into the bower, because she fears that he gets a cold. She didn't wanted to get rid of him. She was worried.
Slowly, I return to the starting point.
Then I go back into everyday life. Every journey, no matter how big or small it is, the traveler has to return to the starting point. I feel liberated and loved.

Prisonbreak V

Years later they met in Paris. They strolled with their new friends crossing each other's way. The new friends were people with whom they no longer wanted to lie in the arms for a long time. The skin of their shoulders aspirated their warm clothes firmly.

Love IV

After all these examples of what love is not seen from the view of a spiritual journey, the weakness of the word love becomes clear. Love is a word and the history behind this word shows that in previous times it was used with different meanings, as we now attach to it. Who would think today that at the time of the courtly love people assumed that love between spouses didn't occur, but love did exist in the worship of a noble maid?
And how should we imagine the same love, if we read texts which are thousands of years old. How many changes did the meaning of the words undergo. The words are changing. The human body and his soul remains unchanged. We are called to physically rediscover in every generation the knowledge and pass it along our language.
Exercise: I am sitting. It is quiet and I am undisturbed. I imagine that from my inside depth love penetrates to the outside. A constant flow which swells and ebbs away from time to time. Love is like a nuclear radiation and I can't see the core. It flows through me globular and runs through the body to the surface to a small lake, who miraculously is never overflowing and never drying up. This love is the first part of the spiritual love, which I will need to travel.
to be continued.
