The Duck Master, a truly wise and experienced magic Drake, reigned over the holy lake, which preserved the fruit of the holy forest fairy.
To this lake came a thirsty bear. He jumped into the water and drank, and he catched two fish.
All the animals were smaller than the bear and they got frightened. The bear might eat all of them. But Wu, the so-called Duck Master remained calm.
He approached the bear and said, 'Hey Sir, you're no longer thirsty, and you're full? "
"That is none of your business, dessert?", gave the bear back.
"Now I'm the guardian of the lake and you're a guest at my lake: I would like to ask you now to go because I have not invited you."
"Since when food tells the bear where he has to go." The bear jumped forward and slashed with his paw at Wu.
But the Duck Master performed his art flawless. He turned his attention to the fact that size is irrelevant. He ignored the idea of big bears being dangerous.
Wu became no bigger and the bear became no smaller and the world was no different, and so the bear stopped abruptly and seemed disoriented. "Where are you, dessert?" cried the bear angry because he could no longer see Wu. He saw only a huge lake around, so large that he no longer recognized the shores.
Wu had not changed his place on the water, only in his perception the bear had become very small. Wu puffed a little in the direction of the bear and the bear turned around and left.
All anxious animals gathered and asked: "What have you done?"
"Well, that was nothing," said the drake modest ... "I recalled that size has no meaning, I was able to defeat the bear, because to him his size was important. I took his size and his belief and that is why he had lost."
"Can we do that too?", asked the animals.
"Yes, certainly, you must learn to feel that you have no size. Meditate how you touch as mountains the sky or to fall as the smallest pebble in a crevice."
Thus Wu founded the famous Academy of Forest Fairy Fruit and taught the animals to choose the size that they deemed reasonable.
"Beautiful story," I said. "And what does the story teach me?"
"Sit in this chair," said the old man, we became both larger and I put myself in the chair of the old man.
I instantly grew into a giant. I cautiously swung down from a huge height. I was amiss. The old man grinned and pointed to both chair .... "Choose my little great treasure."
He waved to me and disappeared somewhere under the chairs.

Old Man part one of two
Long before I had been told that the old man - and they had whispered the words the old man - so all had warned me in advance of the old man.
"The old man can't take a joke, the old man eats babys." Further inquiring about the matter lead only to that there was nobody who had watched something like that. They also gladly shared whispering pieces of information about whether someone would have witnessed the old man eating children, but none had ....
In other words, long after I had been bantered with which would probably happen at my first encounter with the old man, I went with tense expectation in his house after I had received his invitation.
I entered his house wher a spicy scent welcomed me. "Incense sticks are often burned here," I thought.
While I went through the hallway the house of the Old man mad a banal impression on me. Then he came around the corner. He stood before me, but he had roughly the size of a child and I was very taken aback.
"What?"
"Uh, nothing '
"What?"
"Nothing - just maybe I would have expected a bigger man."
"So, bigger? Why? Has size ever, ever meant something important?" His voice sounded tough for me and I was not sure how I should answer to him. So I said nothing.
He seemed to know that I would say nothing more, because he turned around. "Follow me ...."
He curved around the corner and was gone when I entered the room where a lounge was in the corner. Involuntarily I went to the lounge.
The old man came inside through the next door and made a rustling noise when he walked through a curtain. Now he had my size.
"What?"
"Nothing."
"What?"
"Where is the other old man? The small one, the dwarf."
He mustered me from top to bottom. "As if size would have ever meant something," he murmured and I put myself in the chair on which he indicated with his hand.
I hardly sat in the chair, when it seemed to me that I shrank and I would become as small as a mouse.
The old man sat down opposite me and grinned broad ... "As I said, as if size would have ever meant something."
I personally found my tininess very disturbing and I looked around me, whether or not a cat would be in the vicinity. I slipped uneasily from the chair and at the touch of the soil found that my I had recovered old body size, while on the opposite chair there was a dwarf grinning at me with shining white teeth.
"Understand it. ... Ray. Size counts nothing. Let go yourself from the size if you want to get to know the world in its true nature. "
Involuntarily I nodded. I tried to read his feelings. A friendly wave of serene composure, coupled with a shot gloating came into my mind.
My feet began to shrink, while I concentrated on his mood. Without reflecting this perception, I ignored it and let me in to this world of variable size. I trusted the old man.
Finally I was with him, both the same size on the carpet next to a mountain high lounge.
"I want to tell you now the story of the bear and duck master."

Turn off thoughts
Today I heard someone say, "the thoughts can not be turned off, that is not possible."
Imagine you would read this text increasingly slow and time and again, until a single letter - rrrrrrrrr - stuck in my head and I float with the sound - ddddddddddddd-. Would that be an inner monologue? And then the turn sound off. Calm. Ahh beautiful!
According to Goethe's 'Über allen Wipfeln ist Ruh ... '
Is Silence
In the gray cortex
You feel
Hardly a sound
The people remain silent
peacefully calm
their burden gone
No thought is found
I have learned the shutdown of the thoughts in meditation. While observing the breathing continually and letting a heat column rise along the spine.
How did you learn it?

In The Mood For Meditation
People have their habits and love them. One habit is to feel secure. The reason explains to me in an infinite monologue, why he thinks I am doing the right things and why it is safe.
This may be valid for everyday life. But if I want to gather strength in order to leave my routines in my meditations behind. If I want the spirit let go, maybe performing a small leap, then I shouldn't take the feeling that everything is well-regulated into the meditation. We can use everyday life to build up a mood that is both fit for everyday life and give us the best of all possible springboards to let the spirit leap - leaping into the unknown.
Nowhere
I saw nothing known
Astonished wandering
The sense of safety is the jail of fear, in which our parents put us, if we were lucky to have them.

Meditation Touch The world
Touch the world with the hand, no matter what you do, imagine that your hand would be a fiber that touching the world. Try to leave no traces, touch with no contact. Without touching try to act, which is the way the intention for the deed works. To act without being there, just to do what is necessary and no more.
A feeling that may appear and disturb my meditation is what I call 'perish without attention . " As a child I feared that if nobody paid me attention, nobody would love me. Now, the adults are always busy and if I adult attention will be given to a child, then usually because the child is sweet, easy to clean, appealing, or otherwise.
Eventually, I became an adult myself, and until then I had to learn how to cope with not being detected or only to be of interest to other people if it brings them benefit.
Therefore, whenever you get in contact with a person, consider not only what might benefit him or her. Go one step further, let yourself be inspired from your counterpart. What do you feel he / she wants you to do? What is he / she missing? Is it:
Silence? -- You can be silent.
Controversy? -- Trouble he can have.
Friendship? -- If he is looking for?
But even more so, ask yourself in a second moment, how do you feel if you gave it to him / her?
Silence? -- You can be silent - but I need to talk!
Controversy? -- trouble he can have - I am in need of harmony.
Friendship? -- If he is looking for? -- About a new friend, I would be glad.
If I get used to these two questions will become a second nature, then I can find out together with my environment, what serves me and my environment.
And what does all that have to do with the fibre meditation from the beginning?
As long as I did not learn to separate the needs of others from mine and to feel my needs, I will always adhere to the world, because it is not what I really need.

Interaction of Infinity Part-2

In meditation, he focused his attention to feel like an energy ball. He realized, that he had the feeling to burn. He felt as if a flame danced on the outside skin of the ball.
He remembered a good friend who was always very balanced. His charisma induced images of a nature park.
He recalled the meaning of the meditation.
The outer layer of the energy ball in meditation is equivalent to the body. The deeper the practitioner gets inside the ball, the more he is approaching the awareness kernel. The outer layer requires from the practitioners repeatedly attention. Since the layer is the body, the practitioner will remain there with his attention due to feeling sick, occupied with needs, and so he will not get down to the center of the soul. The center of the soul knows what has to be done . The kernel knows what the body is missing.
He tries to connect with the kernel of awareness, he slips deeper and deeper.
He reaches deeper. Suddenly he is feeling that his back and his neck were greasy with a heavy layer of dark matter. In addition, a picture emerges, as someone tried to separate his head from the body. He understands that the dark mass is foreign energy trying to influence him. The mass is dark, because there is no longer a connection to lucid body who sprayed the energy.
He burns?
He controls the external shell of the energy ball and turns it into a natural landscape. The black mass on his back struggles and tries to disperse the natural landscape.
That is the point. Now he understands. The outer layer of the energy ball is the awareness of his body. The inner layer is - first infinity, and then travel to the heart of the awareness. If people want to influence him, then they manipulate the outer layer and try perhaps to set fire or to poison it - anything - that makes life hard. Therefore he must take care of the outer skin of the energy ball should not leave it to foreign influences. He has chosen his outer skin to be like a nature reserve, because it pleases him.
What is the glass?
The glass is a thin inner layer, the part of the energy ball, which separates the body layer from the inner consciousness. The body is part of the world and could be reached by other people but what is beyond the glass layer, is unattainable for other people. A man who travels with his attention in these inaccessible part, returns always strengthened and refilled with the real meaning of his life and mind. So there is a practice, the searchers exercises from time to time. An exercise, which should be recommended warmly to everyone.
Prepare for the meditation. The energy ball meditation means to experience yourself himself as an energy ball. The practitioner generates with his inner eye to the outer layer, according to a place he loves. A living habitat, that calms the body and gets him into equilibrium.
Then, in the landscape a slit arise. Do not enforce it. The practitioners waits until the gap appears voluntarily.
The practitioner exceed a wall of glass and looks at the inner surface of the starry sky.
The interaction of infinity. Then, the light of the inner awareness kernel appears, which the practitioner approaches, without haste - slowly.
The practitioner is in contact with all of what he wants to be or to become. He looks back to the outer skin where the starry sky extends and starts looking for his picture. That ends the exercise. He may cherish the image of the outer layers beautiful scenery for a while.
Coming from the inside
The step of the time
Did divide the spheres
The path of power
Withered without juice
I glance 'to the stars
Go beyond the glass
Running on and sitting in the grass
Running ahead and think that
Surrounded by Powers
The peace and calmness
To new life
Awakes the Layer
So wear a jacket
A living dress
And be prepared all life
For peace.
This exercise from time to time, keeps the people on their way to their inner goals like an compass show hikers the way.

The interaction of infinity Part 1
Esoteric is no secret. Esoteric is only a secret in case you consciously removed it from your daily life. Anyone can use the abilities of his body and his perception to his benefit. Always, everywhere, me or others.
Each tree grows differently and develops a distinguishable look. All trees have in common that they grow in the direction of the light and orient themselves of gravity. Light and gravity play an important role in the type of growth, in the shaping of the tree. Like a tree grows, so grow the spiritual forces of a man in the course of his life. These spiritual forces must align themselves and what sun and light means to a tree, so love and the power of infinity are responsible for the alignment of the spiritual forces of human beings. Both of it do we need to get build up mental forces.
For the humans reason the infinity is difficult to grasp. The speed of light (300,000 km / sec) is the physical limit for the spread of information and nobody could during his lifetime travel to the end of the universe. He would have died long before he reached the only end of our galaxy.
So, we are surrounded by the vastness and can not be with her in touch? Not quite. For we may find the infinite in ourselves, can feel infinity.
I prepare myself to a meditation exercise.
I imagine that I would be a star. What do I see?
A bright warm light source, which is surrounded by a lot of blackness. The light streams off to infinity. The idea to be a star, is only a start exercise to feel as an energy ball. I imagine myself as a star. The interior surface is mirrored. In this inner mirror images and feelings can arise like a living picture.
If we imagine ourselves as an energy sphere, then the infinity within us is the feeling of the energy balls inner surface. I look at the inner surface of my energy field and search the starry sky, then at the very moment where the starry sky appears before the inner eye, within your interior another ball of light occurs.
This light is our awareness, we can observe as long as we live. If we observe the star in the interior, then we can see the light flow to the infinite. If we focus our feeling on the starry sky shining at the interior surface of the energy ball, we feel our connection with the infinite.
As we perceive this picture, we combine our awareness and the workings of infinity. We are in contact with all times and all places. Our spiritual forces grow and set off.
The duration of the exercise is irrelevant. The sensing the actions of the infinite, we take part in, regardless of the duration. The exercise will be ended by our image of the inner surface of our energy sphere and we return back to daily life.
I feel calm and secure in the sea of infinity.

Rotating Sun from NASA, The hunt for life energy
* The complaint of the neighbour against my dog.
* The drunk men in the street car, looking for a fight.
* When I stand before the ATM machine feeling watched.
There are situations in which I would like to be strong to survive.
What is the meaning of vitality regarded from an esoteric point of view? How can I accumulate energy, do retain, do increase and start using it for my ends?
On this question there are innumerable answers, which are correct. I will give one of these many answers. The truth of my answer could be examined easily by everyone through meditation.
Life energy, vitality is expression of mental work strength and expresses itself in the well-being of the body, dreaming, pursuit of intentions and the perception of astral energy levels. Life energy can be accumulated in each of these ranges. We will find in the gym the mystics of the physical well-being. The reader, writer or sleeper weaves motivating dream pictures, the buyers and working human beings hunt value objects, which are useful for the body. And a special form of particularly strengthened or spiritual taken human beings will perceive and steer astral energies or find their way in the river of energy.
All human beings are alike. All the same - how I use my particular strengths and how I fill up energy, hold it, increase it and direct it, to accumulate life energy is an important task. If I refuel energy and loose it immediately, then I am a barrel without ground. I exhaust my environment.
If I refuel vitality and do not increase energy, then nothing changes in my life, because the charges and discharges constitute an esoteric equilibrium. In this stage esoteric views are of no meaning to me, because I do not feel a difference in my life caused by esoteric knowledge.
If I increase vitality, then the energy flows change in my direction, but my vitality has to be steered or I end up as a thick immovable energy whale on the beach, crushed of his own weight.
We walk to the act, accumulation of energy. We will store energy in our astral body. I go on my personal trainings distance and make my preparations for meditation.
My goal today is the sun!
I imagine to be a sun. In the beginning, I feel to radiate cold and my conception are shaded from everyday life feelings - then igniting begins. A picture of my sun body develops. The warmth, the radiating energy overwhelms cold and dark energy, which hangs on me. I let myself fall into the energy of the sun and enjoy the ease of the energetic existence, having supply of fuels for several hundred million years. I realize why human beings had sun cults in early ages. Then I return slowly to everyday life and become awake again.
Sun- and moon women can experience very (too) intensively this exercise. They need an intermediate phase on the way into the everyday life. They become from the sun to the moon, before they return to the everyday life.
What is now different? My experience of unity with the sun cleaned me and filled up my astral energies. I am ready for the gym, the next dream, the work or for the clear sighted perception.

The Secret Top-Ten Loveblocker, Inertia of the Heart
What is it? Is it About what physicians call heart insufficiency? No, that is not meant. On my personal and secret Top Ten list of love blockers the inertia of the heart has its own special place. The inertia it occurs frequently in daily life and its effects are usually ignored. But it steals every now and then lifetime worth living from us, and if there were a respectable statistics, then I would assume that the inertia of the heart would be blamed for causing losses in billion $.
The inertia of the heart is an internal attitude to stop feelings of love in everyday situations. As children, we experienced spontaneously that we carried our heart on the tongue, that we expressed feelings directly in body language and motion. We stopped this as adults systematically. If we feel an affectionate impulse, then we suppress it, because it does not get along with our picture of ourselves. It happens so automatically, that we are no longer conscious of the procedure. We try to mimic a respectable picture, a picture required of us to be seriously to work respectably and with dignity and fit-to-fight instead of being affectionate. This picture is still best embodied in the public with the picture of mother and child or master and dog.
On the television each week week a town is extinguished for our entertainment, assumed that all dead ones would from crime films, war films, news and series lived in the same city. Why is love not a natural expression if we communicate with each other? Who has much to fear if affectionate handling would be a social norm. What harmful side effects might it produce?
On one hand there are naturally the requirements from the patriarchy, which lead to a social containment. I am concerned with the mechanism of splitting love off, that people have made themselves second nature to fade out affectionate feelings. The only liberty to live affectionate feelings is, if they were socially blessed, in family, church and social services.
The love unstopped love is the most energy-loaded feeling which humans can produce, and that feeling able to shift mountains. Who follows love, is on a way with heart and should not get irritated by social conventions of love containment.
With the exercise unfold your love we strengthened the ability to love ourselves. Something, which many parents already take off from their children. With the exercise overcome the inertia of the heart we go the logical next step. Now in actuate emotions fulfilling us.
I go on my personal training distance and prepare for meditation.
I imagine myself to have neither arms nor legs. I am a tumbler, who knows how to swing, without being able to move. I imagine, my love crystallizing, forming to fibers, to a mass, from which hands and legs grows. I start moving with the new limbs.
Take care again and check with your astral nose whether some strange feelings crept in, which would result in an unpleasantly smell . If you limp or have difficulties to move the arms, then don't worry. Those are injuries, which we will heal later, because people, who love will find to a sane soul. And remember - don't compel yourself. If it takes days, until you can go, then it doesn't mean that you trained wrongly. It might be side-effects of forgotten injuries .
If you went a bit, then you achieved the goal. You can stop exercising. Return consciously to the everyday life. In everyday life recall the feeling of the moving love, the feeling you experienced when you went on your new limbs. The inertia of the heart will leave you. As result more positive energy from the environment flows to you. You will become richer.
If people behave otherwise towards you, after you have exercised, then please return and leave a comment.

Mental Fitness, the training distance
If we are ill and lucky to live in a rich country of the earth, we go to the physician, who looks for the physical cause.
The health does not only depend on physical circumstances. Also the psyche of humans has influence on whether we stay healthy or become ill. Therefore it is worth while not only to train the body, you should do Fitness training for the spirit too. This will support your health mentally.
How does my mental trainings distance looks like? That is a place where I will not be disturbed by nothing and nobody for the duration of the training. My wife knows that I practice. I close the door behind me. No television and no radio is plugged in. I sit down into a comfortable seat or - in my agile moments i sit down on a blanket.
I look in the direction that my body pleases best. I tried out, in which direction do I feel at ease and I checked out for myself where is the place in the room on which I feel particularly well.
Usually I start with two minutes of pendulum breath. Then I am ready for my exercises. The free associativity I trained already years ago, which is in additions a basic element of the mental training-distance.
Now I can e.g. make an exercise like the stabilization of the love, which I will explain to you next time.
For all exercises one rule is always valid, never compel, no force and no ambition. The spirit finds its control without obligation, do not resist pictures and thoughts. End the training consciously. From each exercise come back again to the starting point, back to the start of the training distance. This belongs to the discipline of the sport.

Meditation Basics: free associativity
A further indispensable aid for meditation is the free associativity. The free associativity is simple. To a word I hear or read, I say or think of everything which crosses my mind. The spirit enters into a condition of flow, into a very creative condition.
When I trained free associativity for the first time, I became uneasy, because thoughts came into my mind, which seemed to me evil or bad. One rule is always valid when I exercise. Don't compel yourself. I let my thoughts and conceptions flow freely and try not to be frightened of the contents or censor my thoughts. If I do not resist the thoughts, then they keep running and will not pursue me any longer.
Without a flowing free associativity much of the addressed exercises will not work for collecting love, life energy and personal freedom. My recommendation to those, who are not trained: practice in your pace.

Meditation Basics: Pendulum breath
The pendulum breath is a very important breathe technique with various areas of application. The respiration consists of inhalation and breathing out of equal length. Slowly the duration of the respiration is expanded evenly. In order to control the length of respiration I count, thus e.g. I count to 5 with the inhalation, then I count to 5 when breathing out. I extend the length of the breathing gradually. As a result, a peaceful feeling spreads inside, important for the preparation of meditation.
For all exercises one principle is always valid. Never compel yourself! The respiration may not be expanded by force or out of ambition. Well-being is the name of the guide I follow.
The pendulum breath calms me down. Connected with a thought of command, he helps to overcome indisposition or pain. If my dentist drills a tooth, then I change consciously to the pendulum breath. I imagine that the breath flows through the treated tooth. I think, “there is no pain.” It always helps me.
So try it! The pendulum breath is however no universal remedy. Although the spirit is able to defeat the pain, I visit a physician, if unusual pain occurs, which linger on.
Who had already positive experiences with pendulum breath?
