Love II

We have excluded physical love. Now we have a look at the love for the things we love. Favorite objects. There are people who like to collect stamps, clothing, coins and books for example.

There is nothing wrong to have a hobby and to own things we love. Things are part of the world that we love. When love goes hand in hand with a sense of ownership, a possessive love, so to speak, then this love is not meant in the esotericism. The possessive love keeps our attention bound to the things. But we need all our love for the way into the unknown. Where we want to go there is a road full of new, fresh and unspent things, and this way knows the joy in the world, but not the joy of possession.

Who loves his possession and begins to meditate, will revolve around his possession or how it might be expanded.
