A Friend Told Me some Time Ago

A friend told me some time ago.

It's been a few years since, when I was disturbed during meditation by the clear bright light that fell through the windows into the room.. The light bothered me so much that I stood up to draw the curtains close. No sooner had I got up and reached the window as I was bothered again by the visitor who had entered without knocking and had just sat down.

I turned around, not caring any more for the light saw myself sitting in meditation. I was the visit. I saw myself sitting. And something funny connected me with my body, a kind of band, which felt like a liquid and yet continually maintained his form. I was very surprised and got a little scared and dared no longer to look in the light that I had mistaken for the sun. Since I lacked a smart idea, I just sat down and closed my eyes. This time no light disturbed me but intense heat.

When I opened my eyes again, I floated over the mouth of a volcano, from which hot gases emerged. In all this heat there was this liquid silver band all the time with me and calmed me. 'Thank God, I live', I thought. Since then, I have from time to time had these experiences again, but I never succeeded in controlling my travels and I was always fascinated by this fluid band, lacking consistency, but being rather a form.

I do not know what it is good for, but after such a journey it permeates me a deep sense of happiness that I simply the memory of these moments can rouse this happiness again. Now where I would grow old, I sometimes feel the longing for the peace and I notice that the band somehow changes. The feeling of happiness is left but the band radiates a restlessness, as if it is waiting on his time.

Because of that I realized that the band needs to be cleaned and I did research. I was looking for friends who knew of a solution, I looked for people whose teachers might have mentioned something, and then I was able to find the answer. The answer is quite simple.

Yes?

The thread and its nature is like a liquid sea. I did not search a string, the cleaning would be looking for a sea from which the thread emanates.

The traveler sings
His last song

Into the water sags
What he sees too

In his soul enters
What he loves

Dear enreal, welcome to my blog and thank you for your comment.

Dear mark, well it's not mine experience, though, we have all seen strange things.

Dear swahilya, thank you for comment.

Every phase of this life journey is good for something. You will decide the meaning and significance and how you will grow, or not.
