Injury

She shed a tear during the time froze. The water seemed no more to be water. It was becoming increasingly tough, resinous and finally it had become a flexible stone, which infinitely slowly flowed down your cheek. The tear was unnoticeable warm.

Injuries are like in the time frozen tears. They wander through our energy body and will be come harder and harder, but we do not feel them because they are of ambient temperature.

Exercise: Imagine your body is wet with tears. See these tears running down your body taking every sorrow and grief with them.
