Where is it ?

Some people get sad, because they have lost something. They spent many hours looking for the lost object wether they could retrieve it. They are annoyed, angry, feel unfairly treated, until they eventually accept the loss and give up the search.

Have you ever seen that someone was looking desperately for hours where he had lost the ability to love. Would lovelessness not be a reason to seek and make an effort?

But unfortunately the people who spend hours looking after objects can rarely invest 10 minutes to wonder why they cannot encounter their fellow men, especially in this moment, with love.

The only way to have a friend is to be a friend.
I know it takes time and effort but for me is worth it.
Your question is very poignant.
How many times have you commented on somebody’s blog and they didn’t even bother to acknowledge it?
I asked myself same question.

Our happiness should come from within. We should not depend on others to make us happy. A grateful heart is the answer to loneliness and discontentment. Seek within you and you shall find it. One must learn to love himself before he can appreciate and give back love to others. What is there to give when you don't have it in the first place?

What a nice post, Ray. We do need constant reminders of what matters most in life. Your blog inspires me to think. I love it!

BTW I already posted in my blog the High Priestess tarot card. Kat of Candles Crafts and Whatnot said she had fun doing it also. Thanks for sharing this quiz with us.

Blessings,

Perhaps the person is meant for nothing more than the journey of the search... its first step being the recognition of that lost something, though in most cases I would doubt it could be recognized. The pain of being lost with missing pieces is one I understand... t is simply the way to learn...

Great piece... I found the answer for myself after re-reading it many times... is it not amazing how we can find so many different meanings, so many unintended...

It can be much more attractive to search for things outside ourselves than for what is inside.

I love the images you use, Ray - including this one.

This is a very wise post. Too many people place too much value in material things, and don't realize they are just things and will fade away and decay with time anyway.
