Arrival

In many fairy tales and legends, a man or a woman set off to solve a mystery, a treasure or to find eternal life… often the search means sensational exciting and challenging adventures leading the hero to see in a mirror the deepest inner truths. The hero has arrived at all.

We all are heroes, because we are on a journey that will end surely dramatic. Unfortunately, there are no warning signs on the sensory organs, do not bend yourself outside the self…. Eventually, everyone will arrive.

And yet there is a detail, which we tend to overlook assiduously on arrival, perhaps not worthy enough to notice. Arriving is healing. Arriving combines a part of our beings with health and well-being. Whose life is barely a soft breathe, a tender tiny flame, will re-energize through coming back.

Why is this important, why is it overlooked? Because in the industrial age even healthy people have lost the feeling of being whole amidst a world that is artificial from the ground up to the sky.

My tip. Visualize, you would be a stone in an untouched creek to which a fish reclines. What does the sky above think of you?

This is an intriguing question Ray. What would the sky think about me? Perhaps that I'm a fool for still believing that the whole world will soon be as one, for hoping that hunger and poverty will be eradicated and for wishing that all wars would end.

A post worthy or perusal. Thanks for sharing.
